Ardor & Grit (A&G) Performance Coaching is a Philadelphia, PA based mindset coaching program. A&G is led by the visionary leadership Sean O'Malley, an entrepreneur, public speaker, former division 1 wrestler, and Man of Principle. Since A&G's conception Sean has worked with a broad variety of individuals, from high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, to entrepreneurs, authors, lawyers, and a wide variety of business professionals. Sean lectured at university and within organizations on the topics of Character Development, Identity Recognition, Personal Communicative Style, Harnessing Authenticity, and Energy Assertion.
